ENE continues to reduce carbon footprint

ENE continues to reduce carbon footprint | news from ENE Ltd (ENE Group Head Quarters)

As part of our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint, ENE Group recently switched all the internal and external lighting at its factory and headquarters in Banbridge to LED lighting. This investment will significantly reduce our energy consumption from lighting, resulting in a carbon saving of 10 tonnes of CO2 per annum.

This investment is only the latest in ENE’s ongoing sustainability programme, to optimise energy efficiency, minimise waste, make the best use of resources and reduce environmental footprint.

Eric Niblock, Managing Director, ENE Group commented “We are delighted to have completed this latest project as part of our sustainability programme. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and are continually looking at ways of improving our offices and processes to make them more environmentally friendly. We will be rolling this latest project out across all our sites.”
